This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

San Diego is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and San Diego follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Stopped by for plate lunch. Enjoyed the food. Got Garlic Chicken and Teriyaki Beef and two scoops of Mac Salad. What I liked is the food was not so greasy as another restaurant. The place is neat, bright and clean. The folks there were very pleasant. Will do back again when in RB.

10/10 - great experience working with the entire team from beginning to end. Full service catering for our wedding, we ordered enough food for 80 people + the Lechon. Everyone on the team was easy to work with, professional, and always available for any questions we had throughout the planning phase. Day of wedding the team showed up on time and ready, arrived morning of the wedding to setup and then came back in the afternoon for the dinner service. Every dish was great! Food was hot and service was top notch. Highly recommend. Truly made our wedding stress free and a great experience for all of our friends and family. Setup was beautifully done as well, wish I had more photos to share.

Did a pick up on catering for 60 people. He was right on time and the food was exceptional. We had salmon teriyake and the salmon was so fresh and he didnt overwhelm it with teriyake sauce. Just enough to enhance the salmon. Mixed veggies have a light sauce and they were slighly crisp but cooked perfectly (not soggy). You would think rice is easy but it was also perfect. Fluffy and cooked just right. People were coming for 2nds and 3rds. Two friends at the event asked for a referral.

We’re so glad we found this place! We love Hawaiian food but it’s hard to find authentic options outside of Hawaii. The pork was tender and flavorful, the mac salad was spot on, and it paired perfectly with the sticky rice. Highly recommend.

Nice Hawaiian spot. Fresh poke on the weekends. We really liked the marinated chicken. The teriyaki beef was a little dry. But we still have a lot more to try there. A few seats available inside and outside but mostly it is a to go spot. The staff are very nice.
